Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These terms explain how enquiries, admissions, classes and placement support work at SACM Medical Coding Training Institute, run by SACM Learning Academy, Palladam ("SACM", "we", "us"). By using this website, sending an enquiry or enrolling in a course, you agree to these terms.
1.Enquiries and counselling
Counselling calls and course information are free and do not commit you to enrol. When you send an enquiry through this website, WhatsApp or live chat, you allow us to contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email about the course you asked about. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
2.Admission and enrolment
- A seat in a batch is confirmed only after the admission form is complete and the registration or first instalment is paid.
- Please give accurate details about your identity, education and contact information. We may cancel an admission obtained using false information.
- Batch start dates, timings and class mode (classroom or online) are confirmed in writing at admission. We may reschedule a batch for reasons such as low enrolment or trainer availability, and we will tell you in advance.
3.Fees and payment
- The course fee, instalment plan and due dates are stated on your admission receipt or in writing from our office.
- Payments can be made by the methods our office accepts, such as UPI, bank transfer, card or cash. Please keep your receipts.
- If an instalment is overdue, we may pause class access, study materials or certificates until it is paid.
- Third-party charges, such as AAPC membership and certification exam fees, are separate from our course fee unless your receipt clearly says they are included.
4.Cancellation, refunds and batch changes
- Fees already paid are generally not refundable once a batch has started, including if you stop attending.
- If you cannot continue because of a genuine reason (for example health or family circumstances), you may ask in writing to move to a later batch. We look at each request individually.
- If SACM cancels a batch and cannot offer you a suitable alternative, we will refund the fees paid for the classes that were not delivered.
5.Attendance and participation
Regular attendance and completing assignments, practice charts and mock tests are important for learning and for placement support. We expect at least 80% attendance. Students below this level, or who do not complete assessments, may not be eligible for the course certificate or for placement support.
6.Course materials
Study notes, practice sets, mock papers, recordings and other materials we provide are for your personal learning only. Please do not copy, sell, upload or share them with others. Recording live classes without our permission is not allowed.
7.Certification exams
Certifications such as CPC are awarded by independent bodies like AAPC, not by SACM. We help you prepare and can help with exam slot booking and renewal. Exam rules, fees, scheduling and results are decided by the certifying body, and we cannot guarantee a pass.
8.Placement support
- Placement support is included for eligible students who complete their course. It can include resume help, interview preparation, mock interviews and referrals to hiring companies.
- Our placement assurance means we keep supporting you until you receive your first job offer after completing the course. It is not a guarantee of a particular job, company or salary. Hiring decisions are made by employers.
- To stay eligible, please attend the interviews we arrange, respond to opportunities on time and behave professionally with employers.
- Please do not approach a company we have referred you to about other candidates, fees or arrangements outside the process we have agreed with that company.
9.Student conduct
We want a respectful learning environment for everyone. Harassment, abusive language, damaging property, cheating in assessments or misusing the institute's name can lead to suspension or cancellation of admission without refund.
10.Using this website
We try to keep course details, durations and other information on this website accurate and up to date, but they may change. The details confirmed by our office at admission apply. This website links to other services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media. Their own terms apply when you use them.
11.Limitation of liability
We deliver our training with care. To the extent the law allows, SACM is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost income or job opportunities, arising from the use of our courses or this website. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the course fees you paid to us.
12.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "last updated" date. For students already enrolled, important changes will be shared through our usual communication channels.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts with jurisdiction over Tiruppur district, Tamil Nadu.
